Lemon Angel Food Cake

Ingredients

1 cup cake flour
1 1/2 cup sugar [?]
1/2 tsp salt [?]
2 cups egg whites ([?] eggs) room temp
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar

Steps

Egg whites, vanilla, lemon, 1/2 cup sugar } mix 2nd, beat until medium peaks
Fold in flour mix
Put in pan quickly
I spray the bundt pan w Pam and then flour inside to make a thin layer over every surface, this keeps cake from sticking to pan.

Notes

Serve with: whipped cream, raspberry sauce, chocolate sauce
Or use for strawberry short cake
