Your data is your data, on every plan. It all lives on your own hardware, on your own network. Cancelling your plan at any time never touches your install, your recipes, or your inventory.
Prices are in USD. Forager lives at forager.pantryraider.app; create an account there, then link it from the Pantry Raider app on your home network. The self-hosted app never depends on it.

Common questions
Do I have to pay for anything?
No. The full self-hosted app is free forever under the PolyForm Noncommercial license. A Forager account is also free forever and adds community recipes; paid plans only add remote access and pooled AI credits on top of a home install, and are never required.
What is an AI token?
AI features call a model, and tokens are how that usage is measured. The allowance covers photo import, receipt scanning, barcode name cleanup, AI recipe generation, and advanced recipe suggestions. Cloud Basic includes 100,000 tokens a month; Premium includes 2,000,000. If you run Ollama or bring your own provider key, you do not need a Forager AI allowance at all.
What is in the free trial?
Every new Forager account is free forever and includes community recipes plus 30 days of the full Premium experience, so the trial is the real thing. When the trial ends you keep the free account and its community recipes; add a paid plan for remote access and pooled AI, or fall back to a self-hosted install with your own AI key.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from your account page (billing runs through Stripe). No matter which plan you are on, your data is your data: it all lives on your own hardware, on your own network. Cancelling never affects your install, and everything keeps working the same, minus the remote access and pooled AI a paid plan adds.
