Ingredients
- 1 lb backfin crab meat - rinsed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 c ranch dressing
- 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- Salsa
- 1 pkg lime tortilla chips
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until smooth
- Slowly fold in crab meat, being careful not to break up any lumps
- Spread into 9-inch pie dish or small baking dish
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Bake until bubbly
- Serve with salsa & chips
